Please join us for our annual membership meeting at the DoubleTree Ocean Point in North Miami Beach! We hope you’ll join us for an exciting and informative meeting, where the agenda includes:

• KEYNOTE: Uber’s senior employment counsel for Latin America, Pablo Peralta, will describe creative solutions to the unique challenges Uber has overcome in its quick and dramatic growth throughout Latin America.
• Professor Jaime Suchlicki, Director of the Institute for Cuban and Cuban American Studies at the University of Miami, Editor of the Cuban Affairs Journal, and an individual who has worked with a variety of institutions on Cuba-related matters, will lead the discussion and share his insights on the HR and employee/labor relations implications of businesses who are active in Cuba.  
• Update on Mexico’s progress toward significant labor law reform
  
• Company practices regarding LR/ER and supply chain self-audits
  
• Brief country-specific discussions, focused on recent experiences in the major economies
